DMG3
POW6
HP6
01
Starting the Game
- Both players start with 5 cards in hand.
- Only the second player may take a mulligan.
- First player draws 1 card on their first turn; second player draws 2.
- From turn 2 onwards, both players draw 2 cards per turn.
- Neither player can attack on their first turn.

Going Second? You get the mulligan and the double first-draw — your compensation for losing tempo.
02
EX Characters
- EX Characters have unique special summon conditions instead of a standard cost.
- Gamabunta: trash a character on your board to play it.
- EX Naruto: trash the Naruto on your board, search another Uzumaki from your deck. Result: a 3 DMG vanilla with no effect.
- EX Characters go to a dedicated EX area, separate from the Character Area.
03
Life Points
LIFE15
- Life is a numerical value — no Life Cards.
- Starting Life Points: 15 (per Leader cards in the demo).
04
Chakra System
- Chakra Cards are your mana — the core resource of the game.
- 5 Chakra Cards per player, total.
- Chakra is NOT spent to summon characters — only to activate Support Cards.
- Chakra does not recover automatically.
- Rest your Leader to refresh all Chakra Cards.

Key Trade-Off: A rested Leader cannot attack that turn — but Leaders only deal 1 damage, so refreshing is usually worth it.
05
Support Cards (Traps)
- Play normally on your field OR set face-down as a Trap / Hand Trap.
- No chakra cost when setting face-down.
- To activate: flip face-up, then pay the chakra cost (lay chakra cards face-down).
- Hand Traps — your own turn only.
- Trap Cards — either player's turn, including during your opponent's attacks.
- Support effects can put characters directly onto the board, bypassing summon costs.

08
Leader Identities
- Naruto Uzumaki: boost-focused — powers up friendly characters for aggressive swings.
- Sasuke Uchiha: top-deck manipulation — sets up future draws then chains plays off the top of the deck.
- Leaders deal only 1 damage when attacking; their main value is their activated ability.
06
Combat
- Characters cannot attack the turn they are played.
- Two attack values: DMG (vs Leader) and POW (vs rested characters).
- If attacker's POW > defender's HP, the defender is defeated.
- Only the defending character takes damage — attacker is unaffected.
- Damage does not persist between attacks.
